1. DELIVERY COVERAGE
– We currently only deliver within Malaysia.
– International shipping is not available at this time.
– Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure your details are correct to avoid delays.

– Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays.
– Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
– Orders are processed within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation.
– Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
– Processing time may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
