Do you have a physical store?
Yes! Jomlook operates both online and through our physical outlets. You can visit any of our outlets to try on eyewear and get assistance from our team.

How do I place an order online?
Ordering from Jomlook is easy:
1. Browse our collection and select your preferred eyewear.
2. Choose any customization options (if applicable).
3. Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout.
4. Fill in your shipping details and select a payment method.
5. Confirm your order, and you’re done!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept FPX (online banking transfer) and other secure payment options. More payment methods will be added soon.
Can you send products by post?
Yes! We deliver nationwide via trusted courier services. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 working days. Delivery within Peninsular Malaysia usually takes 3-5 working days, while Sabah & Sarawak may take 5-7 working days.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to track your parcel.
The warranty period is already over. Can you still provide a warranty?
Unfortunately, once the warranty period is over, we can no longer provide a warranty. However, you can contact us for repair services at an additional cost.
I have lost my glasses. Am I covered by the warranty?
No, our warranty does not cover lost or stolen items.

Do you provide eye tests for children?
Yes! We provide eye tests for both adults and children at our physical stores.
Is it possible to do an eye test without making a purchase?
Yes, you can get an eye test done at our physical store without making a purchase.
Is it possible to have an eye test while wearing contact lenses?
We recommend removing your contact lenses at least 30 minutes before the test for accurate results.
How long does it take to make the glasses?
It depends on the type of lenses and prescription. Usually, it takes 1-3 days to prepare standard glasses. Special lenses may take longer.
Is it possible to buy just the frames?
Yes, you can purchase just the frames without lenses.
Do you offer thinner lenses?
Yes, we offer high-index thinner lenses for customers who need them.
Can you make reading glasses?
Yes, we can customize reading glasses based on your prescription.
Do you offer lenses with UV protection?
Yes, we offer UV-protected lenses to shield your eyes from harmful rays.
Do you have frames for children?

The nose-pad screw or hinge screw has come off. Can you fix them?
Yes, we can repair and replace missing screws at our physical stores.
Can I have the fitting adjusted at a different Jomlook shop instead of the one where I made the purchase?
Yes, you can visit any Jomlook outlet for frame adjustments.
Can you adjust the fitting of frames purchased from other optical shops?
Yes! We offer frame fitting and adjustment services even for glasses bought elsewhere.
