Yes! Jomlook operates both online and through our physical outlets. You can visit  any of our outlets to try on eyewear and get assistance from our team.

Online Store (E-Commerce)

Ordering from Jomlook is easy:
1. Browse our collection and select your preferred eyewear.
2. Choose any customization options (if applicable).
3. Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout.
4. Fill in your shipping details and select a payment method.
5. Confirm your order, and you’re done!

We accept FPX (online banking transfer) and other secure payment options. More payment methods will be added soon.

Yes! We deliver nationwide via trusted courier services. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Orders are processed within 1-3 working days. Delivery within Peninsular Malaysia usually takes 3-5 working days, while Sabah & Sarawak may take 5-7 working days.

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to track your parcel.  

Unfortunately, once the warranty period is over, we can no longer provide a warranty. However, you can contact us for repair services at an additional cost.

No, our warranty does not cover lost or stolen items.

Yes! We provide eye tests for both adults and children at our physical stores.

Yes, you can get an eye test done at our physical store without making a purchase.

We recommend removing your contact lenses at least 30 minutes before the test for accurate results.

It depends on the type of lenses and prescription. Usually, it takes 1-3 days to prepare standard glasses. Special lenses may take longer.

Yes, you can purchase just the frames without lenses.

Yes, we offer high-index thinner lenses for customers who need them.
