1. GENERAL RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
– Customers may return items within 14 days from the date of purchase.
– The item must be in original condition, unused, and undamaged.
– The product must be returned with the original receipt and all included accessories, such as cases, cleaning cloths, tags, and warranty cards.
– Returns are only applicable for purchases made at Jom! Look official online store.
